  1. Singapore Sales Only – We deliver only within Singapore.

  3. Payment – All prices are in SGD (including GST, where applicable). Payment is due at the time of order.
  4. Delivery – We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur.

  1. Product Information

    1. We strive to ensure all Product descriptions, images, and specifications provided on our website, promotional materials, or packaging are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur.
    2. The Product is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
    3. All Products comply with relevant Singapore regulations, including HSA guidelines for health supplements.

  2. Orders & Acceptance

    1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and residing in Singapore.
    2. All orders are subject to acceptance by TMS. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or Product unavailability.
    3. Once your order is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

  3. Prices & Payment

    1. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.
    2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, using the payment methods specified on our website or at point of sale.
    3. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

  4. Delivery

    1. Delivery is available within Singapore only.
    2. Estimated delivery timelines will be stated at checkout, but actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
    3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the Product to the address you provided.

  5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    1. Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used Products.
    2. You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the Product if:
      1. The Product is defective or damaged upon delivery; or
      2. You received the wrong item.

    4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

  6. CITES & Wildlife Protection

    1. The sea cucumber species Holothuria fuscogilva used in ATEA is listed under Appendix II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
    2. Export of the Product outside Singapore without a valid CITES permit issued by the relevant authority is strictly prohibited.
    3. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable wildlife protection and customs regulations. For guidance, please contact NParks Singapore before attempting to take the Product out of Singapore.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Product.
    2. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product in question.
  8. Intellectual Property

    1. All branding, trademarks, packaging designs, product names, and marketing materials related to ATEA are the property of Tahiti Marine Singapore Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

  9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
    2. 9.2.        Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

  10. Amendments

    1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect upon being posted on our website or provided to you prior to purchase.
